The service
Human Frame offers a digital image library. The contents, formats, prices and access included in a particular purchase are the ones shown on its offer and checkout page at the time you buy. New collections may be added or changed over time.
Your account
Access is associated with your email address. Keep control of your inbox and do not share access to your account. Contact us promptly if you think someone has used it without permission.
We may suspend access when an account is used to distribute files or otherwise misuse the service. If you believe this happened in error, contact support.
Using the images
The images and other material remain owned by Human Frame or their respective rights holders. Purchasing access does not transfer copyright or ownership.
The permitted uses of each image or pack must be stated in the license supplied with that pack. Unless the license expressly allows it, do not resell, redistribute, sublicense or offer the original files as a competing library. Contact us before purchasing if you need a particular commercial use confirmed in writing.
Purchases and refunds
Prices and payment conditions are displayed at checkout. Payments may be handled by a third-party provider. Human Frame does not store full payment-card numbers.
Cancellations and refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Your mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site and purchased content available, but temporary interruptions can occur. Contact us if a file or account is unavailable so we can help restore access.
We may update these terms. The updated version will show a new date on this page. Changes do not remove rights already granted with a purchase.
