Human Frame is responsible for the personal information described here. Our company and contact details appear at the foot of this page.

We store the email address used for member access, whether the account is active, and when it last signed in. Our hosting and database providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address and browser information.
If you contact support, we use the information in your message to respond. A checkout provider may process your payment details under its own privacy notice; Human Frame does not receive your full card number.
Why we use it
We use your information to create and manage access to the library, answer support requests, keep the service secure, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this website.
