Seven-day cancellation
For online purchases, you may request cancellation within 7 days of the purchase and receive a full refund. This applies even if you have already accessed the digital files. Any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law continue to apply.
Problems with access or files
If access does not work or a file is missing or damaged, contact us. We will help restore access or provide the correct file. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may request a refund.
How to request a refund
Email support@humanframeapp.com with the email used at checkout, the order reference if available, and the product you purchased. We will confirm the request and arrange any approved refund through the original payment method. Your payment provider or bank may need additional time to display it.
